ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ МОРЕМ І ОСТРОВАМИ В XV І XIX СТОЛІТТЯХ У СХІДНІЙ АЗІЇ

Анотація
Світова історія XV–XIX століть рясніє величезними потрясіннями на всіх рівнях. В обох частинах Євразії були сильні зіткнення, що мали як наслідки для кожної окремої країни, так і вплив у наступних століттях. З цієї точки зору заслуговують на увагу організація управління морем і островами та різні форми їхнього захисту в деяких країнах Східної Азії, що розташовані на морських шляхах. Досвід та уроки історії показують, що, аби досягти ефективності у вищевказаному, необхідно було виконати синхронізовані і стратегічні дії, пов’язати політичні мотиви з економічними цілями, закордонні справи – з внутрішніми. У новому складному і різноманітному світі, зі співпрацею і конкуренцією, військова діяльність у сфері оборони морської акваторії та островів повинна бути комбінована і скоординована багатьма різними способами. Аналіз історичних уроків минулого для програмування нового історичного акту, ймовірно, все ще корисний для захисту суверенітету морів та островів у Східній Азії в наш час.
