Анотація
The translation of the short story “Looking from the Window” (Pencereden Bakmak) written by the famous Turkish novelist, screenwriter, academic and recipient of the 2006 Nobel Prize in Literature Orhan Pamuk from the book “The Other Colors” published in Istanbul in 2008 was made as an attempt to present literature of the best Turkish writers of 20th century to the Ukrainian audience. The translation of the “Looking from the Window” into Ukrainian language is carried out for the first time, which enables Ukrainian reader to get acquainted with the best narrative examples of the Modern Turkish literature.
