Анотація

На шляху розвитку в’єтнамської історії та народу економічна діяльність, у тому числі зовнішня торгівля, відігравала важливу роль. У рамках об’єднаної країни представники культур Донгшон, Шахуїнь, Ок’ео... вже з самого початку мали широкі відносини із зовнішнім світом. Крім того, як жителі півострівної країни, розташованої на одному з основних напрямків системи морської торгівлі в Азії, на кордоні з країнами Південно-Східної Азії і великими ринками, в’єтнамці брали участь у різних формах взаємообміну в цьому регіоні, по суті зумовлених широким регіональним економічним середовищем із сильним потенціалом. Взагалі кажучи, Південно-Китайське море вважається “Міні-Середземним морем” Південно-Східної Азії. Враховуючи різні літописи і королівські записи, автори статті прагнуть винести на суспільне обговорення альтернативний підхід до минулого В’єтнаму, що ґрунтується на корисних свідченнях щодо морської історії та традицій в’єтнамського народу.
